Our experts will discuss your needs with you and work out an exact price for the work, we will tell you exactly how long it will take and what it will cost.
Knowing the exact price
Unlike so many other web design agencies we provide a set price & time frame for your website right from the start. That way you have complete peace of mind knowing what your website is going to cost, and when it will be completed and ready. People often get caught out with an ever escalating bill from other web designers because they often give you an estimated price based on their hourly rate and an estimated number of hours that it might take to build your website. Then it usually turns out that the project takes longer than they expected, and you are paying an hourly rate with no actual end in sight.
We are different, we do not have any reason to want to drag out the project for any longer than we said it would take, in fact it is in our interest to complete within the timeframe that we have given you. Our reputation means everything to us and so we do not have any hidden costs or ongoing charges that you didn’t anticipate. Each customer will be given a quote for the website, and told how long it will take to complete. You will have the option to choose a maintenance package and an optimisation package if you wish, or you can simply pay for the website and maintain and update it yourself. The only ongoing costs in this case are your domain name renewal, which costs an average of £10 per year depending on who you used to register the domain name, and your hosting account, which costs an average of £60 a year depending on who you are using to host your website. We will help and advise you with registering your domain name and hosting account.
How is the Payment structured?
We will provide you with a total cost for your services, and will require a 50% deposit to start work. In the case of printing business cards or hosting where there is an upfront cost involved we will add the full amount to the initial deposit.
Once we have received the deposit, which is usually paid by BACs to our UK account, we will start work. If we are building you a website we will then open your hosting account if required and build the website. When it is ready for you to view, we will send you a link to view the website and let us know of any adjustments that you may want us to make. We then very quickly carry out these adjustments for you. When the website is completed we will send you an invoice for the balance. You will send us the balance and the website will then be set live.
In the case of ongoing maintenance packages or ongoing optimisation or PPC packages, the monthly balance is payable in advance of each month. Some companies opt to pay several months or even a year in one go, and others pay as they go each month.
What will a website cost me?
Each project is different, but a website can range from as little as £1500 up to £15’000, when you contact us, we will discuss with you exactly what you require, and which additional services that you would like. (You can always come back and request additional services at a later date too.) Our experts will then work out an exact price for you based on the options and the size of the website and the amount of work involved.
